What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter includes a trained crew, safety gear, fuel, and non-alcoholic drinks. Offerings differ by charter type — sunset trips come with high-end refreshments and light snacks, whereas business charters provide meeting facilities and professional catering services.
How early do I need to make a reservation?
To secure a booking, it's best to do so at least 2–3 weeks prior, or 4–6 weeks in advance for business gatherings and special celebrations during the busier months from May to September. This time frame ensures availability and allows for personalization of services.
What are the procedures for adverse weather conditions?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Should our captain assess the weather to be hazardous, we will suggest an alternate date or provide a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather forecast and will reach out to you if unfavourable conditions are predicted 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Guests are allowed to supply their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer a range of high-quality catering options tailored to your taste preferences. For safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts cater to individuals with mobility issues?
We aim to be inclusive to all our guests. While some of our vessels are more accessible than others, we ask you to get in touch about any particular requirements you may have, and we will point you towards the most appropriate vessel and arrange for any necessary services.
What is your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24 to 72 hours before are refunded 50% of the cost. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, except in cases of weather concerns or mechanical issues on our end.
